Lemon Curd

A traditional English style custard this lemon curd is a great addition to shortbread, scones, warmed gingerbread, cookies and pound cake. It's also absolutely perfect in a pastry shell topped with fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream. 11½-oz. Ingredients: Pure Cane Sugar, Eggs, Unsalted Butter (from milk), Water, Lemon Juice, Soy Lecithin, Sodium Benzoate (preservative), Vitamin E ( preserve freshness).
